About this policy
Depth-Craft is currently owned and operated by Sean Wright. This policy explains how personal information is handled through depth-craft.com, email enquiries, and the administration of coaching and personal development services.
For privacy enquiries, contact info@depth-craft.com.
Information collected
We collect information reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries and administer services. This may include your name, email address, other contact details you provide, and correspondence.
Please keep initial enquiries brief and avoid sending sensitive health information or detailed personal history by email. If you would like to discuss your circumstances in more detail, please email us to arrange a discovery call.
Information you voluntarily include in an enquiry may be retained as part of that correspondence.
How information is used
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss suitable services, communicate about arrangements, and meet applicable legal obligations.
You may make a general enquiry without providing your full name where practicable. However, sufficient contact information is needed to respond, and additional information may be necessary to arrange services.
Email enquiries
Business email is provided through Google Workspace. Messages sent to Depth-Craft email addresses are received and stored in Gmail and used to respond to your enquiry.
A website contact form is not currently available. This policy will be updated before one is introduced to explain what it collects and where submissions are stored.
Booking and payments
Online booking and payment facilities are still being arranged. Before they are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the information collected and the providers involved.
Please do not send payment card details by email.
Website hosting and technical information
Our website hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, access times, and security logs to operate, maintain, and protect the website.
Cookies or similar technologies may support website functionality and security. The information processed depends on the hosting services and website settings enabled.
No additional analytics or advertising-tracking tools are currently planned. This policy will be updated if those arrangements change.
Minimal record keeping
Depth-Craft aims to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for enquiries, service administration, and applicable safety, legal or professional obligations.
Detailed narrative session notes are not routinely maintained. However, email correspondence, administrative information, and any records reasonably necessary to meet applicable obligations may be retained.
Minimal record keeping does not mean that no personal information is held.
Service providers and disclosure
Personal information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting and business email, to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed with your consent or where required or authorised by law.
This policy will be updated when additional providers, such as contact-form, booking, or payment services, are introduced.
Overseas processing
Our hosting and email providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. Google Workspace uses international infrastructure; the locations involved depend on provider arrangements and account settings.
The countries relevant to Depth-Craft’s arrangements will be identified in this policy once confirmed. Please contact info@depth-craft.com with questions about overseas processing.
Security and retention
Depth-Craft takes reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose or applicable obligations. When it is no longer required, reasonable steps are taken to delete or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and service-provider backup arrangements.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information held about you, or ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, by emailing info@depth-craft.com.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests will be considered within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and available complaint options where required.
Privacy concerns and complaints
Please send privacy concerns to info@depth-craft.com, describing your concern and the outcome you are seeking.
We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and respond within 30 days. If additional time is needed, we will explain why.
If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner through oaic.gov.au, where the matter falls within its jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when website features, service providers, ownership, or information-handling practices change. The current version and its update date will be available on this page.
